Job Description:
Eli Lilly is seeking a Client Relations Assistant to work remotely from home in San Jose, California. As a Client Relations Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients, resolving client issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Manage client inquiries and requests through phone, email, and chat- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients- Address and resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Assist in developing and implementing client retention strategies- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet client needs and goals- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and documentation
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- 2+ years of experience in client relations or customer service- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Driven and hardworking with a passion for exceeding client expectations- Ability to problem-solve and think creatively to meet client needs- Persuasive and able to build rapport with clients- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to work independently and self-motivated
