Client Relations Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Monsanto is seeking a Client Relations Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to work remotely from Denver, Colorado. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, passionate about client relations, and possesses strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities:- Assist in managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction- Communicate with clients via email, phone, and video conferencing- Assist in coordinating client meetings and events- Help in developing client retention and growth strategies- Assist in preparing client proposals and presentations- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Reliable and detail-oriented- Passionate about delivering exceptional client service- Leadership skills and ability to think strategically- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred- No previous experience required; entry-level position- Must be located in Denver, Colorado, US
