Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Client Relations Assistant to join our team at National Oilwell Varco in Columbus, Ohio. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of adaptability and passion for building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:1. Assist in managing client accounts and responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are completed on time.3. Conduct research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.4. Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings and presentations.5. Assist in planning and organizing client events and meetings.6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.5. Strong planning and analytical skills.6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
