Responsibilities
• Serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients• Support ADP's most complex products/technologies• Solve client problems and identify solutions• Provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions• Communicate with clients and resolve issues• Exceed client expectations in every interaction• Recommend solutions and best practices to ADP leadership and clients• Share knowledge and best practices with less experienced Consultants and Specialists at ADP
Requirements
• 8-12 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience in a systems-related organization• 8-12 years of experience in customer service or human resources• Ability to produce positive results• HR Certifications (SHRM-CP and/or PHR) are highly preferred
