Title: Client-Facing Business Analyst

Requirements: A degree or certificate in IT, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Data Analytics. 1-3 years of proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing, preferably in a client-facing role. Experience in analyzing data to derive business-relevant conclusions, utilizing data visualization techniques and tools. Proficiency in writing SQL queries. Basic knowledge of generating process documentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on technical writing. Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Microsoft Visio, and Jira. Previous experience in Business, Systems Analysis, or Quality Assurance is highly desired. Responsibilities: Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and desires regarding the product. Define configuration specifications and gather business analysis requirements from client interactions. Conduct quality assurance to ensure product meets client expectations. Identify and articulate reporting and alerting requirements based on client feedback. Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, collaborating to optimize and enhance integration. Contribute to the design, documentation, and maintenance of system processes, incorporating client input. Report common sources of technical issues or client questions, providing recommendations to the product team. Communicate key insights and findings from client interactions to the product team. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance monitoring, identify issues, and deliver increased value to clients. Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. Follow up with the team on current development progress and documentation. Connect with developers on enhancements, providing clear requirements and feedback. Create wireframes to visualize and communicate proposed enhancements and features.
