Clerk

The Justice Court Clerk position involves a range of clerical duties and administrative support. Responsibilities:
Inputting data into the case management system. Handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately. Conducting data entry tasks and maintaining filing systems. Providing courteous assistance to the public and colleagues. Managing and reconciling cash transactions on a daily basis. Ensuring reliability and punctuality in attendance. Updating and scanning case records. Undertaking other assigned duties as directed by management. This role requires onsite presence to assist customers both in person and virtually during court dockets. Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent from an accredited institution. Two (2) years of professional experience, or experience in Justice Court Civil, Legal, or other state/municipal court settings.
