Cleaner/Janitor

Main Responsibilities of a Cleaner/Janitor: Perform heavy-duty cleaning, including dishes and floors Perform regular maintenance activities Engage in repair activities when needed Cleaner/Janitor Description: We are looking for an experienced overnight Cleaner/Custodian who is reliable and skilled. This person must be hard working and understand the importance they play in creating a clean, safe restaurant.
This person must be professional with strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks well.
Responsibilities of a Cleaner/Custodian: Cleaning building floors (sweeping, scrubbing, mopping) Washing dishes Cleaning equipment, like the dishwasher, and tabletop surfaces Gathering and emptying indoor trash Clean, service and resupply restrooms Cleaning of playground high-touch surfaces Clean windows, mirrors and other glass surfaces Engaging in building security and safety activities (checking and locking doors, checking electrical appliance) Moving equipment, supplies, and furniture Informing managers about required repair and maintenance activities Maintaining tools and equipment needed for Cleaner/Custodian duties Cleaner/Janitor Job Requirements: Must have proven working experience as Cleaner/Custodian Must know and follow sanitation procedures Must be able to respond and act quickly Must have strong communication and multitasking skills Must have knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies Must be willing to participate in a background check Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job – it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
