Responsibilities
• Performs support and administrative functions• Provides inbound and outbound phone support and customer service• Supports various disciplines including material damage, property, liability, subrogation, workers compensation, medical, and litigation• Assists with preparing and processing documents• Responds to inquiries from customers• Handles claims related financial transactions• Assists with special projects• Mentors and trains less experienced staff
Requirements
• Associate's degree in business or related field; or High School Diploma or GED and two years customer service, administrative, claims support or office experience• Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute and 90 net data entry keystrokes per minute preferred• Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software• Experience in the insurance industry preferred• Valid driver's license preferred
