Responsibilities
• Reviewing moderately complex health insurance claims• Providing customer service to members, providers, and customers• Determining how to apply benefits and handle claims based on policies and procedures• Reviewing claim inquiries and taking appropriate action• Updating member information when necessary• Making claim determinations for additional processing• Providing information, guidance, and education to customers• Conducting research on behalf of members, providers, and customers
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED• At least 3 years of customer service or related experience• Problem-solving and process improvement skills• Attention to detail and accuracy• Strong written and verbal communication skills
