Position Details/Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in Civil Engineering | Land Development
* EIT, PE preferred but not required.
* Plan and design residential, commercial, and industrial development projects, including lot layout, grading, stormwater management, and utilities for national and local land developers.
* Prepare and review drawings and specifications documenting the systems designed
* Highly Proficient in the following: AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Project, MS Office
* Land Surveying experience, knowledge a plus
* Must be self-motivated and hardworking!
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
* Well organized with ability to multi-task
* Broad experience across the entire life of the project
