We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice in Bend, OR. We are seeking chiropractors who want to be part of a fun group, participate in both short-term and long-term incentive compensation, and live in beautiful Bend, Oregon! Our practice gives the Associate all the support they need to focus on doing what they do best, looking after their patients. Our support system manages the marketing, insurance, and business administration. We have an excellent team of chiropractors and support staff, and we collaborate to give our patients the best, most comprehensive care that we can.
Duties:
-Patient Consultation-review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records/imaging
-Evaluate patients neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine
-Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation
-Chiropractic care- Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body
-Patient education on the benefits of routine chiropractic care
-Documentation/progress notes- accurate and timely records
-Arrange for/review diagnostic x-rays, when medically necessary
-Analyze x-rays to locate the sources of patients' difficulties and to rule out fractures or diseases as sources of problems.
-Building positive doctor-patient relationships
-Follow up patient phone calls
Requirements:
-Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic Program (DC)
-Chiropractic license in OR
-Recent Graduates will be considered
-Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in Oregon
Schedule:
-Part time vs Full-time
Total Compensation (range):
-$80k- $120k based on experience plus bonus/incentives
