What will you be doing?
As a Operations Coordinator, you will ensure compliance of new employee onboarding processes and aiding Operations & Center Directors in the maintenance of employee records and qualifications. Responsibilities include:+ Facilitating New Employee Orientation and Onboarding by coordinating schedules, locations, attendance, and meals.
+ Ensuring all required state-specific licensing and company onboarding documentation is completed, collected and uploaded into ADP .
+ Assisting Center Director in managing ongoing compliance and employee files.
+ Tracking regulatory inspection renewals.
+ Managing all documentation for the Child and Adult Care Food Program ( CACFP ).
+ Aiding centers in auditing and maintaining compliance of child and staff records.
+ All other duties as assigned
