Role Overview:
As our COO, you will play a pivotal role in leading our operations, ensuring we meet and exceed our financial, operational, and human resources goals. Working closely with the Executive Team, you'll champion our mission, culture, and values, supporting our overarching academic vision and student success.
You'll collaborate with various stakeholders, providing strategic leadership and fostering an environment of operational excellence. With a focus on sustainability and growth, your responsibilities will span across human resources, financial management, and operations, ensuring our institution thrives for years to come.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, financial management, and strategic human resources development.
Supervise key personnel and external partners, setting the vision for the institution's success.
Champion our culture, acting as a trusted advisor and coach to enhance leadership and team performance.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations, promoting a safe and vibrant learning environment.
Who You Are:
A holder of a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's (e.g., MBA) preferred.
Experienced in operational leadership within educational or non-profit settings, including direct budgetary and managerial responsibilities.
A skilled communicator with a high level of personal organization.
