RESPONSIBILITIES The job responsibilities of our Chief Financial Officer include, but are not limited to:
Working between two enterprises, create a self-managing organization within one year; create a self-multiplying organization within two years Employ structured finance practices (conceptualization and strategic skills, thinking creatively as it relates to finance) Financial engineering, using leverage to create infinite return Wise utilization of debt and velocity of money as a method for growth Manage the accounting department, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports providing the Principles with updates as requested Master oversight on insurance portfolio, risk protection and mitigation policies and procedures Review and reconcile investments, partnership interest, and intercompany transactions on a monthly/quarterly basis Continuous process improvement, creating systems for the enterprise Foster and prioritize positive banker / lender / investors / 3 rd party vendor relationships Manage and maintain the monthly cash flow projections and ensure all obligations are satisfied on a timely basis Monitor returns on invested assets, funded and unfunded commitments, and assist in preparation of annual budgets, liquidity management, and account reconciliations Ownership of state and federal taxes, quarterly estimates, and year-end tax planning This is full-time, hybrid position operating out of offices in Litchfield, MN (minimum of three days a week on-site) QUALIFICATIONS Required Minimum 7 years of CFO experience Experience working in a Private Equity environment Demonstrated ability to manage at least $500M in assets CPA Preferred MBA or master's degree in tax, finance or accounting Real Estate Property Management experience Manufacturing or cost accounting experience Experience working for a Big 4, large public accounting firm or investment company Working knowledge of insurance and risk management Yardi experience Desired Macola experience THE COMPANY – 3D Money Established in 2010 as a faith-based organization, 3D Money is a private investment group specializing in cash flowing real estate opportunities that help our investors grow and protect their wealth outside of Wall Street risk.
