Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building. Lead the development and execution of proposals, contracts, and negotiations with potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential market shifts and opportunities. Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team regarding business development activities and outcomes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in business development, preferably in a similar industry. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies. Strong network of contacts and proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
