Your Role:
As the Chief Accounting Officer, you will play a pivotal role in steering our accounting functions and supporting strategic financial planning. Working closely with the CFO, you'll ensure our financial statements are GAAP-compliant and reflect our company's financial health accurately. Your expertise will guide internal controls, revenue recognition, and financial forecasting, contributing to our growth and success.
Responsibilities:
Lead our accounting operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP and financial best practices.
Develop and maintain rigorous internal controls, enhancing our financial integrity.
Collaborate with senior management, stakeholders, and external partners, providing valuable financial insights.
Drive continuous improvement in our accounting practices and systems, aiming for efficiency and automation.
Play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making processes.
Lead financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other business ventures, ensuring seamless integration.
Manage our annual financial audit, liaising with external auditors for a transparent and efficient process.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, CPA certification preferred.
Over 10 years of experience in accounting leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a controllership function.
Proficiency in professional accounting software and the Microsoft Suite.
A deep understanding of GAAP and outstanding financial analytical skills.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and a high attention to detail.
