Chemical Process Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Chemical Process Engineer to join our team. The Chemical Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving processes to optimize chemical production or operations. The successful candidate will use their technical expertise to ensure the operations meet quality and safety standards, reduce costs, and promote sustainable production.
Position Overview:
Design, implement, and improve chemical processes and operations Monitor and adjust chemical processes to ensure quality and safety standards Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety protocols Research and develop new processes and technologies Provide technical support for production and operations Key Responsibilities:
Monitor existing processes to ensure optimal operation Develop and optimize new processes to reduce production costs Analyze and report on process performance, troubleshoot problems, and make adjustments as needed Design new processes and technologies, and implement them in the production line Develop and maintain process documentation, including process flow diagrams, mass and energy balances, and safety protocols Manage Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 9000 compliance Provide technical support for production operations and process improvements Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field 5+ years of experience in chemical process engineering Experience with process control and design software Knowledge of industrial engineering principles Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills Nice to have: experience with Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 9000 Benefits Full benefits including healthcare, dental, PTO.
