Job Description:
L Brands is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resilient, driven, and possess strong soft skills such as creativity and time management.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support via chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information- Utilize data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives to enhance the customer experience- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and optimize efficiency- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores and response times- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and timely information to customers
Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support platforms- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
