Job Description:

GameStop is seeking a talented and passionate Chat Support Specialist to join our remote team in Houston, Texas. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through chat platforms to provide support and resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Utilize analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns- Meet and exceed performance metrics and KPIs related to customer satisfaction and response times- Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer support

Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role- Strong communication skills and ability to write clearly and professionally- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a resilient attitude towards challenges- Strong cooperation skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
