Phillips 66 is seeking a part-time Chat Support Specialist to join our team in San Diego, California. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is necessary, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin their career in customer support.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via chat platform- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback- Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information to customers
