Job Description:
Ralph Lauren is seeking a part-time Chat Support Officer to join our team in San Jose, California. As an Associate Level position, the Chat Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various chat platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of resilience and energy.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally through chat platforms.2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries.3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role.2. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.3.
