We are looking for a Chat Support Associate to join our team at Adobe in a remote work position based in Dallas, Texas. This part-time, entry-level role is perfect for individuals who are dedicated, adaptable, and have strong project management skills with attention to detail.
Responsibilities:- Provide chat support to customers, assisting with inquiries, technical issues, and product information- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent support across all channels- Document and report customer feedback and issues to improve services and products- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate solutions to customers- Adhere to company policies and procedures in a remote work environment
Requirements:- Excellent written communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Strong project management skills- Attention to detail- Ability to work independently in a remote setting- Proficiency with chat support software and Microsoft Office programs- High school diploma or equivalent
