Chat Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Prudential Financial is seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our remote team in Jacksonville, Florida. This part-time position at the associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, driven, and possess strong time management and emotional intelligence skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide chat support to customers in a professional and courteous manner- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions- Document customer interactions and follow up as needed- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Meet or exceed performance goals and quality standards set by the company- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support software- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred- Must be able to work remotely and have access to a reliable internet connection
