Channel Account Manager
Reporting to | Director of Channel Sales
We're seeking a highly motivated Channel Account Manager to join our growing sales team who will proactively network, recruit, and sell to multiple partners within our channel target resellers. The ideal candidate will be a proven closer, a voracious indirect pipeline builder with existing partner connections, and passionate about building robust partner relationships.
You will use your extensive experience and trusted advisor indirect selling skills to communicate our solutions to a mix of highly technical practitioners, partner sales leaders, and partner sales teams. You will be responsible for initiating relationships with current and prospective partners and employing effective selling strategies to position Redjack successfully as a critical element in the partner's hierarchy of security solutions.
You will manage indirect deals from start to finish, including sourcing qualified opportunities, running an effective sales process, accelerating the buying decision, negotiating sales contracts, and driving deals to closure.
You will also own the partner relationships from top to bottom, including enablement, partner marketing initiatives, building and executing partner business plans, driving deal registration, and managing partner renewals.
Role and Responsibilities:
You will source and close new indirect business to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas, leveraging a sales CRM + PRM with expert-level forecasting
You will collaborate with xDR, Marketing, and Direct Sales organizations to maximize indirect pipeline generation
You will land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities by selling with partners in your assigned territory
You will identify, recruit, onboard, and enable partners throughout the stack: MSSPs, VARs, and Consultancy organizations
You will champion Redjack to prospective partners at sales presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations
Position Requirements:
You must have at least 7+ years of Channel field sales experience in cybersecurity with established partner relationships
You must possess an understanding of key challenges, market dynamics, and market drivers in the following partner go-to-market strategies: VAR, MSSP, Consultants
You must have a strong, established partner relationship network with key reseller contacts in the assigned territory.
You must have experience with CRM and PRM Tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, Kiflo, Impartner, etc.)
You must have an outstanding track record of success managing mid-market and enterprise partners to drive opportunities to closure, consistent over-attainment of quotas of $1M annual recurring revenue (Verifiable history of President's Club or equivalent is preferred)
You must have familiarity and experience using consultative, value-based sales methodologies (Force Management, Challenger Sale, MEDDPIC, etc.)
You must have a Bachelor's degree or higher.
