Position Overview: The CFO is responsible for the oversight of all financial operations and the development of financial strategies for the organization. They will work closely with the executive team to ensure accuracy of financial management and operations and will be responsible for making sure that the organization is meeting its financial goals.
Key Responsibilities: Establish and implement financial strategies and plans that align with the organizations objectives. Oversee and coordinate the organizations financial operations, including evaluation of existing systems and processes. Develop and maintain adequate internal financial controls. Develop and manage financial policies and procedures. Develop and maintain a budget and assess budget performance. Prepare, analyze, and report financial information for executive management. Manage banking relationships and ensure compliance with banking regulations. Manage the capital plan, investment portfolio, and other investments. Develop forecasting and budgeting processes. Ensure tax compliance and adherence to GAAP. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years experience in a financial management role. Experience handling around $500 Million in assets Thorough knowledge of banking regulations, GAAP, taxation, and other regulatory aspects. Excellent financial modeling and forecasting skills. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans. Knowledge of S-banking systems a plus. Benefits " Competitive Pay
