Certified Surgical First Assistant

Position Summary: Functions in the first assistant and second assistant role, under the direction of the surgeon. Sustains a high level of patient care by addressing the physical, social and educational needs of the patient. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke's mission and values.  
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements: Education: Graduate of a CSFA program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting. 
Experience: Previous OR Experience 
Licensure: Currently Certified as a CSFA
