Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a portfolio of 20-30 clients, including handling QuickBooks Online and serving as the primary point of contact.
- Analyze clients' businesses to provide valuable insights and lead client meetings by presenting financial data.
- Collaborate with team members and managers to ensure seamless client service delivery.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness in problem-solving and strive for excellence in all aspects of your work.
Qualifications:
- CPA certification required.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
- Tech-savvy with a desire to maximize available tools.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for clients.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
