Responsibilities
• Plan and teach with grade level team to implement best practices• Utilize rigorous curricula aligned to benchmarks and Common Core standards• Administer and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from assessments• Build relationships with students' families and communicate progress• Participate in school-wide student assessments• Supervise lunch and/or recess• Provide coverage for classroom teachers• Provide other support as needed by the school community
Requirements
• Connecticut Teacher Certification or equivalent from another state• At least 2 years of teaching experience at elementary school level• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred• Fully vaccinated and proof of vaccination required
