Responsibilities
• Actively greet, engage, and assist customers.• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.• Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.• Report pricing discrepancies and follow established guidelines.• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines.• Comply with safety procedures and identify unsafe conditions.• Practice preventive maintenance on equipment.• Answer customer questions regarding products.• Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws and company guidelines.• Perform essential functions of the position with or without accommodation.
Requirements
• Customer service experience.• Ability to handle stressful situations.• Effective communication skills.• Knowledge of basic math.• Prior experience as a Bagger or Courtesy Clerk is desired.• Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) system is desired.• Understanding of cash handling procedures is desired.• Ability to follow safety and food regulations is desired.• Familiarity with local, state, and federal laws is desired.
