Healthcare Dental Vision PTO 401K Catered lunches. About Us: Office was built in 2019; lunch is catered every day. This position is fully on-site. Your Job Summary The Cash Application Coordinator will work in conjunction with Accounts Payable to:
Select Bills for check payment. Assist in FedEx and enveloping checks to send payments out to vendors and stakeholders. Assist in deposits. Communicate payment statuses and details to vendors and stakeholders. Apply wires, ACH, and EFTs to bills in conjunction with the accounting department. Assist in vendor balance reconciliations as needed in conjunction with AP and accounting. Perform other Ad Hoc Job duties as needed. Qualifications Desired: A Bachelor's degree is required. A positive mindset and can-do attitude!
