Goodwill Industries of Northern Wisconsin and Upper Michigan is seeking a Case Manager to join our Workforce Development team in Marinette, WI. The hired candidate will support Goodwill's mission of providing vocational counseling and training to adults with disabilities.
Position responsibilities include: Providing case management services for Work Center as indicated by CARF and facility standards Facilitating group and individual counseling sessions pertaining to vocational and/or personal needs of workforce clients Conducting interviews, scheduling staff, and attending meetings and conferences Serving as a liaison between clients, referring counselors, and members of retail operations Implementing safety practices Assisting clients with self-care (ex: toileting, mobility, etc.) Minimum and preferred qualifications: Knowledge of physical and mental disabilities and how they affect vocational and social adjustments Bachelor's degree in vocational rehabilitation or directly related program preferred.
