In supply chain management all cargo must clear US customs, coming in or leaving the U.S.A. Our team plays a pivotal role with customers, documentation, and timing requirements. Expeditor's is willing to teach, train, and help the right candidate grow within the department as well as opportunities to grow within the organization. Update changes and keep team advised. Send out billing information to clients. Help customers to provide a clear path to dispatch team. Accountable for individual work board: Timely releases, proper handling of "Entry Documents Required." Use/Learn our eDOC system to upload for audit, scanning, and indexing all documentation. Qualifications Experience & Expectations to qualify for Customs Brokerage Agent Ability to work with deadlines and timed requirements. Multi-file handling, amazing with details, and sense of prioritization. Positive attitude and "Can do!" work ethic. Pro-active approach, strong organizational Take ownership of assigned work. Be a team player, help continue a positive work environment. Fluent in English- reading and writing.
