Compensation , Benefits, & Work Schedule: Guaranteed base rate of $17.50/hr. Uncapped bonus opportunities. Average Canvassers can earn an additional $2,000 - 3,500 monthly. Top performing Canvassers can average an additional $5,000+ monthly. Top performers earn over $100,000+ annually. Prior Experience: Compensation structure can be adjusted based on prior experience and track record. Flexible hours. This is a full-time position. Consistent attendance is essential to our path of success. Full-Time Benefits: Health Insurance, PTO, Paid Sick Days, Fuel Reimbursement, and etc. Part-Time opportunities available as well. Role Responsibilities: As a canvasser you will play a vital roll in generating new business and expanding our customer base. Client generation will focus on both residential and commercial clients. Educate potential clients about our company, services, and value proposition. Answering questions and displaying knowledge about a Mighty Dog Roofing products. Delivering flyers or other materials advertising Mighty Dog Roofing Making cold calls and walking door to door Conducting demographic research to help start conversations with potential clients. Collect contact information and schedule appointments for our sales team. Maintain organized records of leads and interactions. Represent our company in a professional and courteous manner at all times. Required Skills: Great Communication Skills Great Organizational Skills Ability to work outdoors High School diploma/GED. Have and maintain valid driver's license and transportation. Maintain a professional appearance and conduct. Ability to maintain an energetic and positive attitude.
