About Rocky Mountain Prep Rocky Mountain Prep is a growing network of innovative public charter schools serving students and families in the Greater Denver Area. Rocky Mountain Prep (RMP) opened its first school in 2012 with 130 students and has grown to twelve schools, working with over 5,000 scholars in PreK through 12th grade across two districts. During the ******** school year, RMP is driving after five big goals:
Going Green on the Colorado School Performance Framework 90% Student Persistence 95% Average Daily Attendance Fully Enrolled by October Count Academics: PreK Students demonstrate one year of growth Kinder through 2nd Grade Students grow 1.25 years in ELA and Math 40% of 3rd through 5th-grade students meet their Millionaire Goal (one million words read)40% of 6th through 8th grade students meet their millionaire goal (two million words read) High school: 100% College Acceptance Each member of the organization plays a part in achieving these goals. School-based staff members will work towards 2 or 3 metrics that are aligned to both their individual roles AND the Big 5. These metrics vary by position and are subject to change for the ******** school year.   As a Campus Office Associate, you will be held accountable for some of these goals. 
  Role Mission
The Campus Operations Associate ensures timely resolution of disruptions to the learning environment and oversees the management, tracking, and organization of school resources and supplies, including technology, while also coordinating safe and efficient events for staff, students, and families. Additionally, they lead efforts in reception standards, campus Emergency Response and Crisis Management (ERCM) compliance and safety, as well as co-lead initiatives to maintain a 95% Average Daily Attendance (ADA) and achieve 100% enrollment by the October Count.
 In this role,  you will…
  Attendance
Co-lead attendance strategy and outcomes to drive 95% daily attendance Serve as Tier 1 attendance support  Effectively track attendance in IC to ensure compliance with DPS and Safety standards Enrollment
Co-lead attendance strategy and outcomes to drive 100% enrollment by Oct Count Participate in Student Recruitment Activity Serve as a family engagement liaison Communication:
Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues across a wide range of school-based scenarios. Respond to family concerns promptly, professionally, and effectively. Manage phones (answer calls, redirect calls, take messages, place calls, and create school announcements). Support in the writing and editing of letters, promotional materials (e.g. brochures, newsletters), and family communications. Live the RMP values in all interactions with students, staff, families and guests who enter our building. Technology Systems:
Manage the collection and maintenance of all required student and staff devices Effectively track damages and repair tickets Process repair into the tech portal Provide onsite technical support for tier 1 tech issues Maintain knowledge and skills proficiency within Infinite Campus and other front office technologies through various RMP and DPS learning opportunities.  Project Management:
Serves as a campus and RMP "ambassador" through professional and knowledgeable communication.   Manages preparations and provides support for campus events and visitors Ensures facility coordination with campus facilities and shared campus partners Safety & Compliance are always at the foundation of any planning and are given the highest priority for events and logistics.  Owns Event logistics and execution Fiscal Oversight:
Manage  campus supplies and ordering process in coordination with the APO Track expenditures against the monthly budget to ensure appropriate spending within available resources. Establish campus structures for requesting & distributing resources with clear expectations for order deadlines and delivery time. Establish campus sales structures (uniforms, supplies, etc.) that promote efficiency, utilize appropriate cash management practices, and maintain appropriate inventory. Ensure fiscal responsibility  Campus/Network Support:
Track and submit Free & Reduced Lunch applications for all families Schedule any changes to lunch needs (field trips, etc.) with the cafeteria staff Secure cost-effective snacks to support the campus snack schedule, as applicable Facilitates transportation, water, and food needs for off-site student & staff events, including booking buses and sack lunches Tracks facilities and facilities service needs of the school, makes appropriate requests, and works with the manager to ensure issues are resolved Any other duties as assigned Required Qualifications
Fluent in oral and written English and Spanish (required). Demonstrates capacity to problem-solve, manage logistics, and coordinate details in a fast-paced environment that directly supports RMP Demonstrates exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, high-stakes relationships, and engagements simultaneously, with a high degree of personal accountability and professionalism. Is passionate about educational equity and dedicated to academic success for all students. Is committed to constant growth and reflection through regular coaching and professional development. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (preferred). Proficiency in using basic business software, Google Suite (required), and student information systems, including Infinite Campus (strongly preferred).    Possesses in-depth knowledge of registration and student file requirements, policies, and procedures, including origination and compilation of student records, campus course/activity schedules, and matriculation and graduation requirements. (strongly preferred) Salary 
This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with a salary range of 50,000-65,000
