We operate seamlessly between Canada, US and UK, is actively seeking individuals to join our team as Call Centre Representatives in Kansas (MO).
Duties: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Enter customer data and update records in the system
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department for resolution
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs
Skills: - Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
