Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
