Job Description:

Air Products & Chemicals is seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join our team in San Francisco, California. As a part-time entry-level position, the Call Center Representative will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information about products and services- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately- Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and services- Meet individual and team performance targets- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience
