We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Columbia, SC. This role is ideal for those with a passion for customer service and a background in data entry, preferably within the insurance or medical sectors. You will be part of a dynamic team committed to providing exceptional service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Handle adjustments, conduct research, and resolve inquiries efficiently.
Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve customer issues.
Provide timely feedback to management on customer concerns and potential areas of improvement.
Ensure thorough follow-up on customer complaints until resolution or escalation to management when necessary.
Adhere to company policies and maintain updated knowledge of quality work instructions.
Suggest enhancements in procedures based on observations and experiences during daily operations.
Meet or exceed departmental standards for productivity, quality, and timeliness.
Training & Work Arrangement
Initial onsite training for approximately 6-8 weeks; outstanding performers may have the option to transition to remote work.
Training hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Post-training, shifts will vary within the hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Candidates must be available to start on a set date and commit to full attendance during training.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in data entry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
Proximity to the office for occasions requiring in-person attendance.
