Job Description:

As a Call Center Representative at Hartford Financial Services Group in Charlotte, North Carolina, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing excellent customer service, and assisting customers with their insurance needs. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers regarding insurance policies and claims.2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.3. Assist customers with policy changes, payments, and claims processing.4. Utilize strategic planning skills to identify opportunities to upsell additional insurance products to customers.5. Demonstrate leadership qualities by coaching and assisting other team members when needed.6. Maintain a high level of productivity while working independently in a fast-paced call center environment.7. Meet and exceed performance goals set by the company.

Requirements:1. 4+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Hardworking and able to handle high-stress situations.6. Strategic planning skills to identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance the customer experience.7. Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate team members.
