Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Officer to join our team at Sysco in Denver, Colorado. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through phone interactions.
Responsibilities:1. Answering incoming calls from customers and resolving their inquiries or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.2. Providing information about products, services, and promotions to customers.3. Processing orders and managing customer accounts accurately.4. Handling escalated customer complaints or issues with empathy and understanding.5. Working collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals and targets.6. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.2. Resilient and hardworking attitude to handle high-pressure situations.3. Excellent presentation and communication skills.4. Demonstrated leadership abilities in a team setting.5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.6. Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software preferred.
