Job Description:

Baxter International is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Center Associate to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This is a full-time remote position at the Associate level, with a requirement of at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, order processing, and complaints resolution- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer concerns and providing accurate information and solutions- Utilize CRM systems to log all customer interactions and maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and consistent service delivery- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively address customer inquiries- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance job performance and skills

Requirements:- Proven experience in a call center environment, with a minimum of 4 years of experience- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment- Resourcefulness and adaptability to handle a variety of customer issues- Creativity and leadership skills are a plus- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
