We are currently seeking a Call Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home.
Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients in a professional and courteous manner- Provide assistance and support to clients regarding their financial inquiries- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients- Meet or exceed call center metrics and goals- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Confidence in dealing with a variety of customer inquiries and concerns- Resourcefulness to quickly find solutions to customer issues- Adaptability to changing work environments and procedures- Ability to think innovatively to improve customer service- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software- Work ethic and willingness to learn and grow in the role
