General Motors is seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Assistant to join our remote team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a crucial member of our customer service team, the Call Center Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through phone calls, emails, and online chat support.

Responsibilities:1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.2. Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and other service-related issues.3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.4. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution.5. Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and track issues.6. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction.7. Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.8. Meet and exceed quality and productivity goals set by management.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.4. Resourceful and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.5. Ability to work well in a team environment and make independent decisions.6. Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools.7. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
