Call Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Oracle is seeking a motivated and reliable Call Center Assistant to join our team in Austin, Texas on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position, offering the opportunity for individuals to work from the comfort of their own home. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role and possess strong emotional intelligence and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.2. Provide customer support and assistance with inquiries, complaints, and technical issues.3. Use a computerized system to track and gather information from customers.4. Educate customers on products and services offered by Oracle.5. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals.
