Cage Shift Manager

Overview: Cage Shift Manager 
As the Cage Shift Supervisor, you will oversee the operations of the cage cashier department, ensuring accuracy, security, and efficiency in all cash transactions. 
Responsibilities: Manage, train, and motivate a team of cage cashiers to ensure a high level of productivity and efficiency 
Oversee and participate in the accurate counting, verifying, and balancing of cash and chips 
Ensure compliance with internal audit, casino policies and regulatory requirements. 
Manage large sums of money securely and accurately 
Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly 
Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees 
Maintain accurate records of cash transactions and reconcile discrepancies 
Generate reports related to cage activities, variances, and other financial information 
Qualifications: Previous experience as a Cage Cashier Management or in a similar cash handling role is required 
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership position 
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy 
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance requirements 
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
