Job description Andiamo! at Lupi & Iris is looking for a Café Manager!
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Oversee daily operations of Andiamo to create a positive atmosphere for employees and guests Coordinate with Lupi & Iris team to deliver creative ideas and solutions to maximize profits and meet sales expectations Complete administration duties such as: Daily/weekly orders for coffee & grab 'n go items Scheduling Monthly Inventory Cost Analysis Develop seasonal menus & daily specials Curate a platform on social media Train & develop current and new staff members Clean & maintain café & equipment Maintain a weekly deep clean Prepare specialty coffee drinks Prepare specialty tea drinks Prepare grab & go sandwiches Follow food and safety guidelines
Requirements:
Availability: Early morning, daytime some evening Point of sale (POS) proficiency Customer service experience Food service experience preferred
