As a Refuel C Store Team Member, customer service is our number one priority.Candidates must be outgoing, energetic, and customer-focused.Position requires providing fast service and suggesting sales to customers.

Responsibilities
• Provide a friendly greeting to all customers upon entering the store or on the phone.• Get to know customers and use their name.• Make customers feel important and valued.• Move quickly to provide fast service.• Suggest sell to customers when appropriate.• Thank customers for their business and invite them back.• Clean restrooms, trashcans, rugs, doors & windows, transaction counter, fountain area, floors, shelves, merchandise, parking lot, fuel islands, windows & doors, and sidewalk entrance.• Stock and front face all merchandise.• Stock fountain, deli case, cooler, and freezer.• Proper cash and credit card accountability at the end of each shift.• Adhere to local, state, and federal policies on age-restricted product sales.• Observe and react to shoplifters and gas theft.• Prepare and cook food according to company's procedures.• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.• Verify that prepared food meets quality and quantity requirements.• Operate large-volume cooking equipment.• Measure ingredients required for specific food items.• Clean, stock, and restock workstations and display cases.• Attend store team members and 1 on 1 meetings as scheduled.• Adhere to all Refuel company policies.
Requirements
• Physically good shape and able to stand during entire work shift.• Ability to work in a cooler at a temperature of 35 degrees for up to 30 minutes.• Able to lift 50 lbs.• Visual acuity to check identification and process money orders.• Tolerance for gas fumes and cleaning products.• Ability to climb a ladder to clean windows.• Ability to react to a fire by lifting and using a 30lb fire extinguisher.• Basic math skills at the eighth-grade level.• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
