Twisted Laurel in downtown Asheville is looking to hire a busser to help support our waitstaff. The ideal busser is an individual who is punctual, attentive to detail, reliable, and above all - friendly. Table availability in our restaurant is key to our continuing success. The busser sets and resets dining room tables in order to maximize prompt table availability for our guests. He/She removes plates, glassware, and silverware when guests have completed their meal and quickly and efficiently cleans the table for new guests. During the course of his/her duties, the busser is polite and happy to provide outstanding service to all of our guests.
Responsibilities include: Prepare tables before guests are seated.
Clean and reset tables after guests leave.
Maintain health and safety regulations in kitchen and dining room.
Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules.
Ability to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours.
Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
