Business Intelligence Lead

Job Title: Business Intelligence Lead Salary Range: $90K-$110K Location: Dallas, TX 75240
Work Model:  Fully onsite for first 90 days; Hybrid model of 3x/week on site after 90 days.
Job Description: We are looking to bring on a Business Intelligence Lead to join our Operations team and support different commodities and corporate functions as our organization continues to grow and modernize. This individual will be applying Power BI across the enterprise to build new solutions for reporting and analytics, including model development, data visualizations, and governance. We are looking for someone who possesses a strong mix of technical/functional skills, as they will oversee business analyst responsibilities such as gathering/analyzing business requirements, planning/preparing/implementing/delivering solutions to production, and interfacing with various teams and business stakeholders. A strong understanding around GRC and GDPR will be important as well with the nature of our data/industry standards. The goal of this role is also to maximize the power of our new real-time reporting CTRM system with Power BI embedded, to best support risk monitoring & future business decisions, along with accessing data from various sources to build out reports/dashboards, provide business decision support, and assist with operational reviews & internal due diligence projects. In addition, this person will be helping with data cleansing/validation of information that is stored, ensuring the data collection and storage systems are secure, preparing for predictive analytics after the CTRM & new global data lake is implemented, and developing PBI strategy for managing multiple initiatives across the group company. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience to join as the SME for the Dallas office while supporting from a global standpoint!
