Sales Practices & Conduct Management is a front-line operation responsible for ensuring employees act ethically on behalf of Wells Fargo and are consistently doing what's right for customers and each other. The group provides enterprise-wide coordination, management, and support of sales practices and conduct functions, including the Ethics program, the Insider Threat program, and allegations lifecycle (inclusive of enterprise investigations), to support the company in managing sales practices- and conduct-related issues. Sales Practices & Conduct Management is part of the Chief Operations Office.


The Business Execution Consultant will reside within our Learning Solutions Team and support learning needs across the Sales Practices and Conduct Management organization. The team is comprised of learning design and delivery leads, learning initiative leads and learning content leads. Learning content, in support of employee development and performance through growth in knowledge and skills, emerges in the form of information sharing, building awareness, and producing learning resources, such as communications, job aids, website updates, and/or learning events. This position is responsible for learning content creation in support of business and learning initiatives that have significant complexity, scope and impact. Strong collaboration and partnership across the Learning Solutions team and the aligned partners and business SMEs is critical to the success of the role.



In this role, you will: Analyze learning and change implementation needs and design and develop line of business specific learning solutions that are focused on awareness, education, change readiness, knowledge and skill development. Evaluate learning solution effectiveness and monitor engagement, satisfaction and performance of the content. Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives. Utilize independent judgment to guide risk deliverables and ensure adherence to learning policy and procedures. Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management. Consult with Enterprise Learning & Development partners on learning and training needs in alignment with the Corporate Training Policy. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Knowledge and understanding of adult learning, instructional design and change management concepts (assessing change and learning needs, identifying learning objectives, scenario-based learning, gamification, etc.). Proven track record demonstrating strong independent technical writing and design and editing of learning material, job aids, procedures, or communication to a diverse group of stakeholders. Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner. Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment. Comfortable with feedback, ability to change direction quickly, and be tolerant to ambiguity. Experience in Sales Practices and Conduct Management and the Allegations Lifecycle.
